Welcome to the Intelsat’s VideoNow. Your use of VideoNow is subject to these User Terms of Use and Intelsat’s Website Privacy Policy. By accessing or using VideoNow, you accept and agree to be legally bound by these User Terms of Use, including and subsequent updates. IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THESE USER TERMS OF USE, YOU MAY NOT USE VideoNow.

Intended Use

VideoNow is intended to educate persons about free to air channels offered by satellite, and by using VideoNow you agree to use it in this manner. You agree not to use VideoNow to restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying use of VideoNow; engage in or encourage fraudulent conduct or conduct that would constitute any other criminal offense or give rise to civil liability; distribute in any manner any harmful, obscene or otherwise illegal or objectionable material of any kind; violate or attempt to violate, the security of the Services; assist or permit any persons in engaging in any of the activities described above; or any other activities outside of the scope of intended use of VideoNow. Intelsat reserves the right to investigate and to involve and cooperate with law enforcement authorities, and to pursue a civil lawsuit or criminal prosecution for any alleged or actual illegal activities involving VideoNow. You agree not to resell or attempt to resell any aspect of VideoNow, whether for profit or otherwise.

Intellectual Property

The contents of VideoNow, including, without limitation, all content, structure, trademarks, brand names, logos, and software related to VideoNow are the property of Intelsat or their respective owners and are protected by relevant United States and international intellectual property laws. The Intelsat logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, and trade names of Intelsat appearing on this Site are owned by Intelsat (“Trademarks”). You may not use the Trademarks without the prior written consent of Intelsat, and Trademarks may not be used in a manner that is likely to cause confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits Intelsat. INTELSAT is a registered trademark. All other trademarks, product or service names, brand names, company names and/or logos used in VideoNow are the property of their respective owners. Content provided by the application is for informative use only and use of VideoNow does not convey any rights for the use of Intelsat or third-party intellectual property contained therein.

Security

You shall not violate or attempt to violate the security of VideoNow or any other Intelsat products or services. Accordingly, you shall not: (i) access data or materials not intended for you; (ii) log into a server or account which you are not authorized to access; (iii) attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without proper authorization; or (iv) alter the application in any manner. Violations of system or network security may result in civil or criminal liability. You agree that it is your responsibility to protect yourself against any threats that may result from using VideoNow (e.g. use of anti-virus software and related protections).

Liability and Indemnity

The information provided by VideoNow is only intended to be informative in nature. While Intelsat strives to provide accurate information in VideoNow, in no event shall Intelsat be liable to you or any third party for any lost profit or any indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages arising from your reliance on the information in VideoNow or from use of VideoNow itself, even if Intelsat has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Intelsat, its parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, licensees, and other partners and employees, from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of VideoNow in violation of these User Terms of Use and/or arising from your breach of any provision of these User Terms of Use.
